    APPLICATION

    SBT ultrasonic inspection system is tailored for precision non-destructive testing (NDT) across the high-power thermal management sector. It delivers high-resolution bonding inspection for server GPU cold plates, automotive IGBT heatsinks, and large-scale vacuum-brazed or diffusion-bonded aluminum plates.
