Ultrasonic Wire Harness Welder-Welding Wires and Contacts
INTRODUCTION
Ultrasonic metal welding stands as a pivotal joining technology in crafting wire harnesses for the automotive. It excels in fusing multiple wires, as well as bonding wires with grounding terminals or high-current contacts. Capable of welding wire cross-sections ranging from 0.35 to 200 square millimeters, ultrasonic welding boasts several advantages over crimping or resistance welding. These encompass superior electrical joint properties, minimal energy consumption, and comprehensive process control, alongside robust data management.
