The SBT Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner (USC) can remove non-magnetic foreign particles down to 1 micron in size which cannot be removed by magnetic bars. It is an innovative non-contact dry cleaning system which generates ultrasonic air to move particles and then collect them by vacuum airflows with no damage to workpieces.
Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner (USC) is a non-contact cleaning solution specially designed for battery, OLED, LCD screen, film material, mobile phone and other industries.  

    INTRODUCTION

    The SBT Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner (USC) can remove dust particles down to 1 micron in size which cannot be removed by magnetic bars. It is an innovative non-contact dry cleaning system which generates ultrasonic air to move particles and then collect them by vacuum airflows with no damage to workpieces. Before dust removal, surface static electricity is eliminated using an electrostatic device. Following this, a specially designed dust removal unit breaks the boundary layer between dust and the material. The ultrasonic airflow vibration generated by this unit loosens the dust on the material's surface, which is then suctioned away by vacuum, effectively removing the dust.
