SBT signed the strategic partnership agreement with BOCHU Electronic

November 20, 2024 - SBT and Shanghai BOCHU Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BOCHU Electronic") held a signing ceremony for their strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. Chairman Zhou Hongjian of SBT and Chairman Tang Ye of BOCHU Electronic attended the ceremony. Shi Xinhua from SBT and Lu Lin from BOCHU Electronics represented both sides in signing the agreement.

According to the agreement, SBT and BOCHU Electronic will collaborate in areas such as R&D, supply chain and marketing channel, focusing on the integration and innovation of Ultrasonic and laser technologies in cutting-edge application scenarios. They will jointly explore and establish a model for the joint development of advantageous technologies. The cooperation covers various technical fields including precision motion control, sensor technology, optical path measurement, process monitoring, and acoustic-optical integration, aiming to promote continuous upgrades and optimizations of new technology experiences.

As the only listed company in the domestic power ultrasonic field, SBT is committed to building an Ultrasonic Technology platform enterprise, continuously expanding the application fields of ultrasonic technology around three strategic directions: new energy, semiconductors, and medical aesthetics.

Zhou Hongjian stated that both SBT and BOCHU Electronic are alumni enterprises of SJTU, located in the Grand neoBay Sci-tech Innovation Park, from the Same root.
