The SBT Large Wedge Ultrasonic Welder is a newly developed ultrasonic spot welding machine featuring a robust mechanical design and precise welding process monitoring. This Ultrasonic metal welding machine ensures high welding quality and consistency, a superior performance that SBT's ultrasonic metal welding technology guarantees to our customers.

    INTRODUCTION

    The high-frequency voltage generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations via a transducer (piezoelectric technology). The mechanical vibrations are then adjusted in amplitude by an amplitude modulator and transmitted to the horn. The horn and anvil clamp the upper and lower workpieces under pressure. Once the ultrasonic waves are activated, high-frequency vibration waves are transmitted to the surfaces of the two metal workpieces to be welded at a rate of tens of thousands of times per second. The welding pressure causes the metal surfaces to friction against each other, resulting in molecular-level fusion between the layers, thereby achieving the welding objective.
